The hotel was a mixed experience for me. While the rooms were not as big as I had expected for the price, I found the bigger bathroom to be more spacious and comfortable. The service, especially from the restaurant staff, was pretty helpful throughout our stay despite some rush hours. The location was acceptable, but I wish it offered more variety considering it is a 5-star hotel. The dining was good overall, but there could be improvements in the variety and quality of the food. The facilities met our basic needs with room for enhancement.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with big balconies providing a nice view of the pool and greenery, conveniently located. However, there is no view of the Lonavala landscape from the hotel room, and service quality can dip during peak times.
The hotel offers exquisitely made family suites and rooms designed with luxury and privacy in mind, ideal for a weekend getaway. However, the price may not completely match the room quality. The central location facing the swimming pool provides a pleasant view and ambiance.
